The Difference Between Calendar Events and Attentions

The Calendar feature in Velos records events and automatically generates attentions. For example, when an animal should be checked for pregnancy or is ready for the next insemination.


The Difference Between Events and Attentions

Calendar event

  • A calendar event is added to the timeline of an animal. For instance when an animal calved, showed a heat, was inseminated, had a preg-check or started their dry-off period.
  • Velos already has some predefined events. Besides these events, custom calendar events can be added.
