Quick Entry Actions Explained

Quick entry lets you apply up to five actions to multiple animals in one workflow. The available actions are listed below.

General
Pen	Assign animals to a pen	Select a pen
Production group	Assign animals to a production group	Select a production group
Remove animals	Remove the selected animals	None
Feeding
Feed plan	Assign a feed plan to animals	Select a feed plan
Reset total consumed	Reset total feed consumption within the current cycle. See Configure Spreading and Feed Limits for more info on feed cycles.	None
Manual feed start	Reset the feed balance to 100%. The animal receives the full portion again that day, regardless of prior intake. Feeding is restarted at that moment.	None
Sorting
Sort	Sort animals based on defined criteria	Select a sorting option Select a start and end date and time Optional: Enter a remark
Calendar
Clear calendar events	Remove all events from the animal timeline	None
Heat	Add a heat event to the timeline	Select a date and time
