An Urgent attention appears when an animal shows abnormal behavior for too long. This may indicate a serious health issue. 

Urgent attentions require immediate action. Prioritize handling these animals as soon as possible.

Handle animals with an Urgent Attention

1. On the Dashboard, check the Urgent attention tile.
2. If animals have an urgent attention, select Show attentions.
3. Review the behavior values shown in the list. 

4. Select the arrow icon to view the detailed activity pattern.

5. Check the animal in the barn as soon as possible.

6. If you have a Cow Locating license:

   • Select Actions > View on map to locate the animal

7. Follow the farm's health protocol.

8. After checking the animal, select Actions > Seen

9. Record your findings:

   • Select Add to create a calendar event.

   • Enter the diagnosis and any actions taken.

The urgent attention moves to the Animals to Check list. The status light on the V-box stops blinking quickly.
