This worklist identifies cows that have not returned to heat for more than 50 days. These cows may be pregnant, but some may have stopped cycling for other reasons (anestrus).

Cows appear on the list once they reach 50 days without heat. Cows already confirmed as pregnant or not pregnant are excluded.

Use this worklist as an indicator only. It does not replace pregnancy diagnosis (for example, scanning).

• Last insemination more than (>) 50 days ago
• Last heat is more than (>) 50 days ago
• Reproduction status is (=) Inseminated.
