How to Add Animals to a Custom Worklist

The My worklists option lets you create fully customized worklists. You decide which animals to include, based on status, task, timing, or any other relevant filter. 

Custom worklists function like other worklists. The main difference is how animals are added to the list. 

Automatically Filled Custom Worklists

These worklists use filters to add animals automatically. However, the list does not update in real time. You must manually refresh it to update the data. 

To update a custom worklist:

1. Check the last update time shown on the Worklist dashboard below the custom worklist name (see image below).
2. Select the three dots next to the worklist name.
3. Select Update list. The list refreshes, and the update timestamp changes. 

Manually Filled Custom Worklists

These worklists don’t use filters. You must add animals manually using the + Add animal button on the Active tab. You can also copy or move animals from the Health checks or Reproduction checks worklists.
