My worklists lets you create custom worklists for specific tasks. Use filters to select animals automatically, or add animals manually.

Custom worklists work in the same way as other worklists. Animals can be added in two ways:

1. Automatically Filled Custom Worklists

These worklists use filters to add animals automatically. However, the list does not update in real time. You must manually refresh it to update the data. 

To update autmatically filled worklist:

1. On the dashboard, find the My worklists widget.
2. Check the last update time shown below each worklist name (see image below).
3. Select the refresh icon in the top-right corner of the widget to update all worklists.

The lists refresh, and the last update times change.

2. Manually Filled Custom Worklists

These worklists don’t use filters. Add animals manually using the + Add animal button on the Active tab. Animals can also be copied or moved from the Health checks or Reproduction checks worklists.
