Use the steps below to manage animals on the Active tab, for example to copy them to another worklist, or mark them as checked or having no health issue.

  1. Go to the Worklist dashboard and select the Health checks tile. The Active tab opens by default.
  2. Prioritize animals, focus first on animals with:
    • An urgent or significant health check

    • A low Health Score

    • A declining Health Score Trend

  3. Review the animal's data. Use the following columns to assess each case:
    • Check: Reason the animal appears on the list

    • Health Score: Severity of the health issue

    • Health Score Trend: Indicates whether the condition is improving or worsening

  4. To further evaluate the animal's health and history:

    1. Select the arrow icon at the end of the row to open the health graph .
    2. Review the data in the graph. See Understanding the Health Graph for for more help interpreting the graph.
  5. Select one of the following actions per animal (if available):
    1. Copy to worklist: Select to add the animal to another worklist.
    2. Checked: Select   to confirm that you have checked the animal. Not available for animals with an urgent health check.
    3. No health issue: Select  to confirm that the animal has no health issue. Not available for animals with an urgent health check.
