Change Pen for an Animal

Change the pen of an animal when it has moved to a new location.

An animal can only leave a pen in two ways:

1. When the farmer manually changes the pen.
2. When the animal passes through a controlled device, such as a sorting gate.

Manually Change Pens

1. In the top search bar of the Cow app or Worklist app, enter the animal number.
2. Press Enter or select the search icon.
3. In the left pane, select Pen.

4. Select Change in the upper-right corner.

5. If needed, select the correct farm.

6. Choose the new pen from the list or use the search field to quickly find the right pen.

7. Select Save. The animal is moved to the pen that you just selected.
