Use the Visual ID feature

When an animal has a broken eID or no eID at all, you can still link their life number, animal number or other visual ID of the animal to their SmartTag with the Visual ID feature. The visual ID will appear in the third column of the .csv file.

1. Follow all steps of starting a scanning session. 
2. Select Use visual ID.
3. Enter the visual ID. For example the life number or animal number.
4. Scan the SmartTag normally.
