You can easily update your profile settings, but available options may vary depending on your login method. See the section below for details on Single Sign-On (SSO) and standard accounts.

To update your profile:

1. Select your email address in the top-right corner.
2. Select Profile.
3. Make the necessary changes. 
4. Select Save.

Standard Accounts

If you log in with an email address and password, you can change both your email and password directly within Nedap Now. 

To change your email address:

1. Select your email address in the top-right corner.
2. Select Profile.
3. Select the Change button next to the email field.
4. Enter your new email address.
5. Select Save.

To change your password:

1. Select your email address in the top-right corner.
2. Select Change password.
3. Fill in your current password and the new password. 
4. Select Save.

Single-Sign-On (SSO) Accounts

If you use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Nedap Now, your account is managed by your organization. 

• You cannot change your email address or password within Nedap Now.
• To update these credentials, please contact your organization's IT administrator. 

Adjusting Time and Date Settings

You can customize your time zone, date format, and time format to match your regional preferences.  

Deleting Your Account

If you want to permanently remove your account:

1. Select your email address in the top-right corner.
2. Select Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm your choice. Your account is permanently removed.
