Understanding the To Inseminate Worklist

Modified on Mon, 5 May at 8:56 AM

The To inseminate worklist shows the animals that have been selected for insemination. This worklist helps streamline insemination planning and follow-up actions.

You can add animals to this worklist in two ways:

  • Moving them from the In heat worklist by selecting the To inseminate action.

  • Adding them manually.

Note

Animals are not added automatically.

On the Worklist dashboard, the To inseminate tile shows the following data:

  • The number of animals that must be inseminated.
  • The number of animals per phase in the optimal insemination window.

How to Use the To Inseminate Worklist

  • From the Worklist dashboard, open the To inseminate worklist.  The Active tab opens by default.
  • Review the following columns:
  • To view more data, open the reproduction graph or select the animal number. This opens the animal’s overview, showing all her details.
  • For each animal, choose one of the following actions:
    • Inseminated
    • In heat
    • No heat
    • Remove from list
Tip

You can use the customized Flags feature to highlight specific health or reproduction conditions for each animal.

The Past week tab shows the animals that were listed on the Active tab in the past seven days.
