Understanding the Worklist Dashboard

Modified on Mon, 5 May at 3:28 PM

The Worklist dashboard gives you quick access to all worklists. It helps you monitor and manage your animals based on current alerts and planned actions.

What Do I See on the Worklist Dashboard?

The Worklist dashboard contains 8 worklists:

  1. Health checks
  2. In heat
  3. To inseminate
  4. Reproduction checks
  5. Dry off
  6. Calving
  7. SmartTag issues
  8. My worklists (customized worklists created by users like yourself).

Each worklist is represented by a tile:

  • The numbers on the tiles indicate the number of animals that are currently on the worklist concerned.
  • The colors indicate the following:
    • Green: There are no animals that need attention on this worklist.
    • Blue: There are animals that need to be checked on this worklist.
    • Orange: There are one or more animals that need urgent attention this worklist. Note that orange is only used for the Health checks worklist.
  • Select the tile to open the corresponding worklist. For instance, if you want to check the animals that may have a health issue, you select the Health checks tile.

Filtering the Worklist Dashboard

You can filter the dashboard by farm and/or pen to show only the number of animals on worklists for the selected locations:

  1. In the top-right corner of the dashboard, select the Filter icon.
  2. Check the selection boxes of the farms and/or pens that you want to display.
  3. To remove a filter: clear the corresponding checkbox or select X next to Farm and/or Pen.
