The Past week tab shows the animals that were listed on the Active tab during the past seven days. You can see when an animal was handled, what action was performed, and by whom—either a user or the system. 

Animals are moved to the Past week tab under the following conditions:

• A user performed an action on the Active tab.
• The animal no longer needs to be checked. For example, because her situation changed or the condition was resolved.
• The animal was removed from the system or handled elsewhere.

For the Health checks and In heat worklists, animals also move to the Past week tab when:

• 24 hours have passed without any health issues.
• 36 hours have passed since the start of the heat.

Column Options

The Past week tab always contains the following columns:

• Animal number: The animal’s unique identification number.
• Handled by: Who triggered the move to the Past week tab (a specific user or the system).
• Action: The reason why the animal was moved.
• Added: The date that the animal was added to the Active tab.
• Finished: The date that the animal was moved to the Past week tab.

Depending on the worklist, some columns may be added:

• Heat score: The animal's heat score when she was moved to the Past week tab (only for In heat worklist).
• Sire: The name/number of the bull used for insemination (only for To Inseminate worklist).
• Check: The type of check the animal was on the list for (only for Reproduction checks worklist).
• Tag number: The number of the SmartTag with a problem (only for SmartTag issues worklist).
• Issue: The type of issue the SmartTag was on the list for (only for SmartTag issues worklist).
