Charge the handheld reader every 5 hours of use. Use the charger that comes with the device.
Check the battery status
You can check the battery in the following ways:
- When you connect the reader, the battery percentage appears on screen.
- If the battery drops below 20%, the app shows a warning and your phone vibrates.
- If the battery drops below 10%, the reader beeps and the app shows a warning.

TipThe app checks the battery status every 5 minutes, so you will be notified in time to recharge.
