Nedap Now is accessible through a browser on any device. For mobile devices, you can also use the Nedap CowControl app. This section explains how the mobile app works and notes the main differences from the browser version.

First you will need to Download the Nedap Now App.

Use the CowControl App For the First Time

1. Open the app.
2. Choose your preferred language, select the globe icon in the upper right corner.  
3. You can now either:
   • Use local services (offline mode), or
   • Log in with your Nedap Now account.
4. If you are logged in, go to Mobile Settings to configure your notifications.

Use Local Services (Offline Mode)

Select Use local services at the bottom of the screen. This allows you to:

• Activate SmartTags

• Put SmartTag into warranty mode

• To return to online mode, select Switch to Cloud. This takes you to the login screen. 

Log into the App

1. Enter your email address and select Next.

2. Enter your password.

Use the same login credentials as for the Nedap Now web platform. 

Once logged in, you will see the Home screen.

Navigate the App

Navigating through the app is similar to using a web browser, but there are a few important differences:

• In the Navigating menu, you’ll find how to use the blue button with white dots and the one with a white cross. 
• On some screens, you may need to swipe left, right, up, or down to view all available information.
• Navigation in all Worklists (for example Health Checks or Reproduction Checks) works differently.
  • To acccess action buttons like Copy to worklist, Checked and No health issue, swipe left or right on an animal.
