Troubleshooting Linking eIDs with SmartTags

ErrorSolution
Missing/broken eID Use the Visual ID option.
Interrupted SessionNo problem. Sessions are stored as drafts and can be resumed.
Mistaken Tag OrderIf you scan two eIDs or SmartTags in a row:
- Scan the previous tag again to trigger the correct field. And scan the correct tag. 
- Or select the missing field manually and scan the correct tag.
Wrong Pairing1. Remove the incorrect pairing.
2. Scan again in the correct order.
Reader Connection IssueCheck the reader setup.
