Nedap Now is accessible via a browser on any device. For mobile use, you can download and use the Nedap CowControl app on both Android and iOS devices. 

First, make sure you’ve installed the app. See Download the Nedap Now App.

Use the CowControl App For the First Time

1. Open the CowControl app.
2. Select your preferred language by tapping the globe icon in the upper-right corner  
3. Choose one of the following: 
   • Use local services (offline mode)
   • Log in with your Nedap Now account.

If you are logged in, go to Mobile Settings to configure your notifications.

Use Local Services (Offline Mode)

Select Use local services at the bottom of the screen. This allows you to:

• Activate SmartTags

• Put SmartTag into warranty mode
  

To return to online mode, select Switch to Cloud. This will take you back to the login screen. 

Log Into the App

1. Enter your email address and select Next.

2. Enter your password.

Use the same login credentials as for the Nedap Now web platform. 

Once logged in, you will see the Home screen.

Navigate the App

Navigation in the mobile app is similar to the browser version, with a few differences: 

• In the navigation menu, you’ll find special buttons:

  • The blue button with white dots

  • The white cross icon

• On some screens, you may need to swipe left, right, up, or down to view all available information

• In all Worklists (e.g. Health Checks, Reproduction Checks):

  • Swipe left or right on an animal to access action buttons.
