To make Quick sort work best for your farm, you can adjust which sorting options are visible, add colors to the buttons and change the button texts. You can add sorting options or choose to have only one option available.

Add Colors to Sorting Options

To easily recognize the different sorting options, you can use different colors for each sorting option.

Select Settings from the menu.
Under Sorting, select Sorting options.
Enable Use colors to indicate sorting options. A predefined color is shown next to each sorting option. You cannot change these colors.
Select Submit.

Change Button Texts

By default, quick sort buttons display the name of the sorting pen(s) linked to a sorting option, as defined in the Farm layout. If multiple pens are assigned to the same sorting option, the button will show the names of all those pens.

This can make the button text unclear or too long.

To make the button easier to understand, you can customize the name of the sorting option. This way, the button will display a clear label that matches your workflow.

Select Settings from the menu.
Under Sorting, select Sorting options.
Under Sorting option names change the names accordingly.
Select Submit.

Add Sorting Options to Quick Sort

To add sorting options to the Quick Sort tab, you must create additional sorting options. These can be created on the Settings page under Farm layout. See this article for the full explanation.
