Overview of Milking Reports

Velos automatically creates milking reports to help you monitor performance, identify issues, and improve results. You can open and review reports at any time, and perform actions such as filtering, sorting, exporting, and printing.


There are 8 types of reports:

  • Cows not milked - Current session: Shows cows expected to be milked in the last session but with no milking result.
  • Cows not milked - Historical sessions: Shows cows expected to be milked in the week but with no milking result. 
  • Milk attentions: Combines milk-related attentions with feeding, conductivity and heat detection data.
  • Milk meter statistics: Shows milk yield and nr. of milk sessions for each milk meter.
  • Milk separation: Shows all animals with active milk separation, number of (expected) separations, and end time.
  • Milk session report: Shows all milk results for a selected session, mainly technical data.
  • Milking day report: Shows detailed daily milking results per animal for up to 10 days back, mainly animal data.
  • Smartflows: Shows smartflow address, information about zero point test and correction factor. 

What You Can Do in Any Report

In every report, you can:

  • Filter data.
  • Sort data.
  • Export to CSV, Excel or PDF for offline analysis.
  • Print a formatted version of the report.
