Change Your Email Address

If you use a standard Nedap Now account (email and password), you can change your email address directly in your profile settings. If your account is managed via Single Sign-On (SSO), this option is not available. 


Change Your Email Address (Standard Accounts Only)

  1. Select your email address in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Select the Change button next to the email field.
  4. Enter your new email address.
  5. Select Save.


Note

After saving, you’ll need to verify your new email address. Be sure to check your inbox and complete the verification process. 


Note for SSO Accounts

If you use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Nedap Now:

  • You cannot change your email address in the app.

  • Contact your IT administrator to update your login credentials.
