Why You Cannot Change Your Email or Password (SSO Accounts)

Modified on Wed, 13 Aug at 9:07 AM

If you use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Nedap Now, your account is managed by your organization’s identity provider. This means your login credentials are controlled externally, not within Nedap Now.

What This Means

  • You cannot change your email address or password through the profile settings

  • These fields will appear as non-editable in your profile

  • All authentication is handled by your organization’s IT systems

What You Can Do

To update your email address or password, contact your organization’s IT administrator. They can make the change in your SSO system, and the update will automatically apply the next time you sign in to Nedap Now.
