Check the Battery Status of the Handheld Reader

Modified on Wed, 13 Aug at 10:49 AM

To avoid unexpected interruptions, it’s important to regularly check the battery status of the handheld reader. The app notifies you when the battery is low, and the reader provides both visual and audible feedback.

Charging recommendations

  • Charge the handheld reader every 5 hours of use

  • Always use the original charger provided with the device

How to Check the Battery Status

You can check the battery status in the following ways:

  • When you connect the reader, the battery percentage appears on screen

  • If the battery drops below 20%, the app shows a warning and your phone vibrates

  • If the battery drops below 10%, the reader beeps and another warning appears in the app.

Tip

The app checks the battery status every 5 minutes, so you will be notified in time to recharge.

For detailed instructions and technical information, refer to the Handheld Reader Manual from the supplier.
