Understand the To Inseminate Worklist

Modified on Thu, 14 Aug at 9:46 AM

The To inseminate worklist helps you manage insemination planning and follow-up. It shows animals that have been selected for insemination, giving you a clear overview of which cows need to be inseminated and when.

How It Works

Animals are not added automatically. You can add them to the worklist in two ways:

  • From the In heat worklist by selecting the To inseminate action

  • By adding them manually to the worklist

What You See on the Dashboard

On the Worklist dashboard, the To inseminate tile shows:

  • The number of animals that need to be inseminated.
  • The number of animals per phase in the optimal insemination window.

Tabs Overview

The To inseminate worklist is divided into two tabs to help you track current and recently handled animals.

  • Active tab: Lists animals currently due for insemination.
  • Past week tab: Lists animals that were removed from the Active tab within the last 7 days.

How to Interpret the Data

Focus on these columns in the worklist to evaluate insemination timing:

To see more information, select the arrow icon to open the reproduction graph, or select the animal number to view her full details.

Next Steps

Once you’ve reviewed the data and identified which animals need action, you can mark them as inseminated or update their status based on observations.

See Handle Animals in the To Inseminate Worklist for step-by-step instructions.
