Understand the SmartTag Issues Worklist

The SmartTag issues worklist displays the notifications for SmartTags that are not working correctly. Use this worklist to troubleshoot SmartTag problems.



How It Works

On the Worklist dashboard, the SmartTag issues tile shows the number of active issues. The following issue types can show: 

  • Attached incorrectly
  • Back to front
  • Insufficient data
  • Invalid position
  • No animal linked
  • Never sent data
  • Stopped sending data


The tile turns orange when a SmartTag Ear is attached incorrectly.

Tabs Overview

The SmartTag issues worklist is divided into two tabs:

  • Active: Lists tags that currently have an issue

  • Past week: Shows tags that were removed or resolved in the past 7 days


How to Interpret the Data

Focus on the column in the worklist:

  • Issue


To see more detailed information, slick the SmartTag number to open its information page.
