From January 1, 2026, license codes are no longer included in the hardware box. You can find them in the order confirmation and in Ordering tools on the Partner Portal.

Where to find the license code

On the order confirmation

• The license code is listed under License Key on the invoice.
• You’ll receive this document after the order is processed.

In the Partner Portal

• Access the portal at: https://partners.lm-nedap.com
• Go to Ordering tools.
• Use the Unregistered licenses filter to view available codes.

Share license codes 

In Ordering tools, there are two ways to access or share license code(s):

1. Copy the license code manually
   • Select a license code to open it.
   • Use the copy button next to the license code.
   • Paste the code into an email, document, or application of your choice to share it.
2. Share with another organization
   • Select Make available for organizations.
   • A list of available organizations appears.
   • Select the organization(s) you want to share the license with.
   • You’ll see a confirmation message once the license is shared.

Important for installation

• The license code is required to activate the system.
• Without the code, installation is not possible.
• Always share the license code with the installer before the installation starts.
