When inseminating an animal, follow the next steps to correctly register the insemination date in your management software or Velos.

Using Management Software

1. On the Heat detection page, select all animals that are inseminated.
2. Select Actions in the left upper corner and select Seen. All selected animals move to the Handled tab.
3. Enter the insemination date in the management software.

Not Using Management Software

1. On the Heat detection page, select Actions right next to the green colored bar.
2. Select Inseminate. 
3. In the new window, adjust data if required. Velos automatically registers the date as the insemination date, and the animal moves to the Handled tab.
