NedapNow - DataConnectors

This week, Microsoft has performed updates on their Azure environment that caused interruptions in the - file exchange based - data integrations of our Nedap Now platform.

This concerns data exchanges with most major Herd Management Software. Affected data connectors are: Delpro, CSV, Taurus, DairyPlan and FileExchange. This does not apply to any API integrations.

Our team has deployed a temporary fix. This unfortunately has not prevented temporary data exchange issues on our US and EU servers.

In most cases, the data connector will be re-initiated automatically, but in some cases it might be needed to manually remove and re-install the data connector.

We are collaborating with Microsoft on the final solution, as we depend on them for its completion.
